We push limits when it comes to our product, but also when it comes to production. Thanks to vertical integration, speed is on our side. We provide total care which covers all activities, from development to MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul). That’s why Aeronamic has a unique range of ATP test cells available.

To guarantee short lead times and delivery on time, we manufacture key parts of our components in-house. In our centers of excellence, we produce high-speed rotating parts like impellers, turbine wheels, and permanent magnet rotors, as well as the main housings. All special processes required for these key parts have NADCAP and customer approvals.

At Aeronamic it’s all about high-speed rotating components and precision parts. This means we also develop, prototype, and test new high-tech components. We also offer product support for series production and (new) programs.

Parts Manufacturing

Aeronamic has a unique production process covering all key parts and special processes in-house. We continuously improve our productivity by means of robotization, striving for lights-out manufacturing.

Assembly

We make assembly easy in all kind of ways. The process itself is as lean as we can make it. Specially developed mounting jigs ensure that our components are assembled in an ergonomic and efficient manner

Testing

We have a unique range of ATP test cells available. There’s a dedicated test cell for each component, especially manufactured by Aeronamic. Before delivery, each component is fully ATP-tested in accordance with airworthiness standards and is only shipped to our customers once it has been certified.

MRO

We do more than just focus on speed and turnaround times. We have digitized the entire MRO process. To achieve that, we developed our own software applications in the PLM-system.
